1. E-mails are sent with the implied consents by the recipient to the processing and further processing of their personal information as defined in the Protection of Personal Information Act No. 4 of 2013 (as amended) ("POPIA") by Forensic Academy Africa and its contractors, employees and affiliates, related to the content thereof.
2. Forensic Academy Africa shall comply with all laws, policies, and procedures relating to the protection, storage, handling, privacy, processing and retention of data as well as the destruction of data, including personal data belonging to themselves or any other applicant, client, supplier, contractor or employee.
3. The recipient understands the option to unsubscribe from receiving e-mails related to the content by replying with the word "Unsubscribe" as the first word in the subject line or the body.
